Cancelations
A credit card is required for any booking that require 2 hours or more (e.i. Highlight, balayage, color correction etc.) If you need to cancel your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hour notice to avoid a cancelation fee. If a 48 notice is not given I reserve the right to charge the card on file for 50% of your service.
Running late?
We all know LA is known for its crazy traffic! If you are running late please give me a shout and let me know. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late please understand that I may have to reschedule your appointment.
